First-in-Human ALPFA GRAIL Results for Minimally Invasive BPH (AUA 2026)
First-in-human pilot study results show the ALPFA GRAIL System — a non-thermal Pulsed Field Ablation (PFA) treatment delivered via flexible cystoscope — is safe and well tolerated in men with symptomatic benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). No device- or procedure-related serious adverse events were observed, with early improvements in urinary symptoms and preserved sexual function.
